Every plate in these pages is drawn for this collection. Each one teaches something the text says: the ninety-minute timeline, the temperature table, the four slots of a plate, the list by aisle, the four jobs of six o'clock, and the four levers of flavour. No body is depicted and nothing is presented as a result.
Photographs
Editorial photographs from Wikimedia Commons, used under the licences below and colour-graded for this site. Nobody in these photographs used this method, none of them is a customer, and no photograph here shows a result of anything — there are no bodies and no before-and-after images in this collection at all.
